Business Development Executive – IT Staffing Services

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new client relationships, selling our IT staffing services by identifying new business opportunities, maintain and grow single or multiple accounts, partner with the Recruiting team, and meet Trinus’ business objectives and goals.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of IT staffing experience in account management and recruiting roles
- Experience working at enterprise-level (large accounts) and SME accounts
- Proven success in identifying, shepherding, and closing new staffing opportunities
- Proven track record of developing business in assigned territories
- Proven ability to manage executive-and-manager-level client relationships and expectations
- Proven ability to network and navigate through complex organizations
- Proven success in managing a multi-million-dollar book of staffing business

Scope & Responsibility
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key client personnel in assigned accounts
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client staffing needs on an ongoing basis
- Expand relationships with client accounts by frequently meeting client hiring managers at all levels
- Secure new staffing opportunities and work with recruiting team to close them
- Gain market share at assigned client accounts by increasing revenue and gross margins
- Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions, interviews and feedback
- Clearly communicate client requirements to the recruiting team
- Manage client SLAs, resolve issues, provide periodic reports, and track and measure progress
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Location
Southern California – Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County
Compensation
