Trinus TriCare

TriCare™ is a managed services package designed for clients that have a continued need for access to the resources that are familiar with their system or the technologies deployed. Managed services will enable the companies to free up their technical resources for more meaningful projects rather than engaging them for operational support needs. At other times, clients simply do not have the bandwidth internally to address day-to-day operational issues owing to lack of resources at onsite. TriCare™ is an economical approach that mitigates risk by providing support in one of two ways:

  • By providing a predetermined set of hours to be used on a monthly basis as requested and directed by the client when the need arises.
  • By providing a service level agreement to support a set of applications, technologies and projects.

The resources are deployed to the client site or can remotely login to the system to provide support. Trinus’ state-of-the-art offshore center coupled with highly-qualified onsite and offshore staff ensures successful managed service delivery.
